My definition of “good” writing is writing that’s enjoyable to consume. My greatest pleasure in life is writing things that make people laugh or feel seen or become more knowledgeable. My intent is to write words that leave people with something – if someone takes the time to read my words, I want them to get something in return. That’s the exchange.

I’ve always respected the power of the written word, and I’m so lucky that I get to play with that magic for a living.
